My friend who is joining USAF wants to know if there’s the possibility of getting stationed at Pope AAF being security forces

Pope has been controlled by the Army since 2011. Army MPs do the law enforcement on Pope now.

Yea. It's possible. Anything is possible. I would tell your friend to not hold their breath, though. Air Force will send them where they need them.
