Do time on station requirements effect Warrant Officer Application selections?

I know there are usually time on station requirements to PCS somewhere. Does this apply to WOCS as well? I am currently deployed and have been slowly building and refining my Warrant Officer Packet but have hit a few roadblocks while deployed. A major one being I cannot complete my class 1A physical in Afghanistan. Once I redeploy and complete the physical I just need the letters of recommendations. My GT score is 125, I scored 63 on the SIFT, and the rest of my packet is ready to be reviewed. If I can submit my packet for the March Board, which convenes a week or two after I PCS OCONUS, will the time on station requirements affect me?
