Do you agree? Should the police officer in the situation be fired?

I'm not a cop nor do I have any desire to be one, but aren't police required to positively ID a suspect before taking them into custody? If so, then the cop should at least be disciplined (we don't yet have the full story). He obviously has a few years experience and is not some rookie fresh from the police academy and definitely knows better.

Even James Blake believes it was not racially motivated. He was misidentified as a suspect. The officer has previous incidents. Without more information, I can't give a decision. On another point, If you don't follow tennis, James Blake was good player and seems like a hell of a nice guy.
