Do you agree with Judge Andrew Nepolitano that former Secretary Clinton gave the FBI "a field day" of indictable Congressional testimony?

COL Sam Russell I think that the Benghazi testimony spoke much more to Clinton's character than to illegality of her actions. Unfortunately, lying to the American people is not a crime. It sounds like she has polished her story enough that she will get away with the death of four good Americans, whose lives could have been saved if she had taken action. And it seems that CNN, and a large portion of the American public, are ready to forgive that, along with the lies that came out of her office after the incident, and just let bygones be bygones.

At the moment, I am concerned with her handling of classified material on an unsecured private server. If she has done this, irreparable damage may have been done to national security, and it opens up the possibility that even more Americans will have to pay the ultimate price. Is this really the person that we want to be able to order our troops into combat? With half thought out plans, no grasp of the true situation, and the willingness to lie to us all? Are these the leaderships traits of a commander? I know how I will NOT be voting.

I can't believe how many versions of the "truth" she has flip flopped with and still people will vote for her. It's amazing to me how the democraps huddle under the blanket of denial and drink the Kool-Aid. Bah-ah-ah-ah, or however a sheep sounds on a computer! LOL

I didn't really hear Secretary Clinton say much about much, to be honest. I watched intently for hours before running out of gas at about 6pm.
The FBI is looking at her handling of classified material on an unsecured server. That subject was only touched upon tangentially in the time I was paying attention.
I think it is clear that spillage occurred. In order to charge a crime, it will take evidence of gross negligence and/or willful action on her part. It is quite possible that evidence is there... a lot of pretty damning things have come out already.
