Do you believe it is acceptable that Nazis are more tolerable than Muslims?

My two cents...An American born person who CHOOSES a life of a Nazi, filled with hate and prejudice stands against everything our ancestors and I fought for. A Muslim BORN person who did not and cannot choose their heritage, should not be judged until their actions speak for themselves. There were Germans who did not agree with the Hitler regeem and there are Muslims who fight for justice against Isis as well. We cannot CHOOSE our heritage, we CHOOSE our beliefs and convictions. Judge others on actions if you must judge, not on heritage.

So, while I agree with your point for the most part, I disagree that Muslim is an innate heritage. Being Muslim is just as much of a choice as being a Nazi or a Christian. Being Arabic or Middle-Eastern is not a choice, a religion IS a choice. As you said, we CHOOSE our beliefs - Islam (Muslim) is a belief.

Atheists choose to walk the road they walk and their beliefs, or lack there of are among the more popular in America. People want to be in control, and by denying God an atheist is able to grasp at the illusion of total control in their life. The bias against Atheism is self inflicted where and when it exists.

SPC Rory J. Mattheisen - And by claiming a god or gods to be in control of your life also indicates an acceptance of the delusion of total control. God(s) or no god(s) things happen in life that are beyond our control. And also lets not blame the victim here. The bias against atheism i.e. prejudice is instituted by an ever-decreasing majority of evangelical Christians in this country; it's not self-inflicted. Atheists don't ask for the prejudicial behavior inflicted against them.
