Do you believe that Congress should be involved in the re-orgnaziation of JPAC and DPMO

If the agencies are behaving in a dictatorial way, I don't see a problem with a congressional investigation into the matter. I guess that means I should have voted "Yes," but I voted "Undecided." I'm not sure Congress should be involved in this. It seems to me that the DoD should be able to straighten things out. Therefore, I'm undecided.
