So, this is from the Daily Beast, and it infers that military veterans must be monitored. It brings up "the present and historical ties between American hate groups and armed servicemen and women....".

My own belief is that, because Veterans, Evangelical Christians, conservative Catholics, and mothers disagreeing with school boards tend to not vote the way that the staff of the Daily Beast would like, then they should be rounded up like the Gypsies and Jews in Germany in 1939 (too much of a threat to the New Order).

It seems that this article would classify George Washington as a "Radicalized Military Vet".

So, how do you see it?

What would be nice is if they would shut down useless incompetent, lying websites that peddle bullshit like the daily beast. What is astonishing to me that the joint chiefs of staff with all of them ribbons and dedication to "Themselves". Where are they with the invasion thru our borders! 1000 gotaways a day in the month of October! That they don't have this buffoon in a choke hold.

TSgt Daniel Newman Introduced in House (05/10/2012) https://www.congress.gov/bill/112th-congress/house-bill/5736

I believe this Bill is relevant to your statement.

Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 - Amends the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to authorize the Secretary of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors to provide for the preparation and dissemination of information intended for foreign audiences abroad about the United States, including about its people, its history, and the federal government's policies, through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, the Internet, and other information media, including social media, and through information centers and instructors. (Under current law such authority is restricted to information disseminated abroad, with a limited domestic exception.)

Authorizes the Secretary and the Board to make available in the United States motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad pursuant to such Act, the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994, the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act, or the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act.

Amends the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 to prohibit funds for the Department of State or the Board from being used to influence public opinion or propagandizing in the United States. (Under current law such provision applies to the United States Information Agency [USIA].)

Applies such prohibition only to programs carried out pursuant to the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948, the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994, the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act, and the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act.

States that such provision shall: (1) not prohibit the Department or the Board from providing information about its operations, policies, programs, or program material, or making such information available to members of the media, public, or Congress; (2) not be construed to prohibit the Department from engaging in any medium of information on a presumption that a U.S. domestic audience may be exposed to program material; and (3) apply only to the Department and the Board and to no other federal department or agency.

This article is written by the same mindset of people who believe that speech can be violence, that anyone who disagrees with them is a Nazi, that 1.5 percent of the population should wag the dog, that people born men can be women while keeping their penis, and that it is just fine to welcome in everyone who hates us but wants to be like us and offer them free college.

The problem with us is that no one has the guts to stand up for normalcy, because the effects on our jobs/work/lives can be so devastating. Me neither, I have to admit. If I were still active duty, I wouldn't have the balls to be on rallypoint for fear a drunken post might end my career. Even this one, and I am posting quite sober.

I'm sure the British considered everyone who signed the Constitution and the entire Continental Congress and Continental Army to be "radicalized military vets".

Where are our leaders? Patton would never make General now, Chesty Puller would get "cancelled", Congress would refuse to confirm Curtis LeMay, that's where they are, they never get the rank to BE leaders.

I am actually em bare assed for the rest of the world to see how foolish we have become.

I don't have an answer. I hope someone does but it doesn't seem likely.

Good job of putting it together. But insofar as your second paragraph, when "conservatives" went to D.C. to express their concerns, the Deep State went after them with EVERY surveillance, tracking, and snooping source that they had available. A 1LT in this web stated that he was at the Rally (but not at the Capital) on Jan 6, and was called in by the FBI for a "mandatory interview".

Even though the Left calls conservatives "Nazis", it is actually THEM using the 1941 tactics of declaring entire classes of persons as "Enemies of the State", and then convincing their Bobble-Headed Sheeples that the Greater Good is to dissipate or dispose of them.

We are endangered by the far right who are radicalized by this dangerous cult. Extremely rare, if not impossible for a liberal, moderate, or libertarian to want to elect Nazis. My dad fought Nazis in WWII and he’d be furious that the US is now almost 50% fascist or Nazi, all the rest of us terrorized by orange Hitler.

Never before in the history of the United States has a political party attempted to stop their opponent, in a national election, by simultaneously bringing numerous charges using "creative" application of the law (that have NEVER before been applied). This HAS been done by Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler. So, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a Nazi (or a real close cousin).

As an African American woman in Aviation in 2000, I know first hand how radicalized military personnel are. The only way to resolve the problem is to readily admit the problem exists. There is no false accusation here, instead there is the realization of no matter how problems like this are exposed, there will always be those in denial.

Your personal experiences do not count as data. Neither your position within an aviation unit, nor your race qualifies you to label individuals as extremists. You bring only personal opinions.

The DOD conducted a multimillion dollar study that found very little extremist activity within the ranks. Likewise, the Rand Corporation conducted another study that found extremist sympathies among veterans (including for left-wing radicals such as Antifa) were no higher than the general population. You are not qualified to detract from this study unless working at the SES2 or 2-star level—and even then it would require a massive data set.

PV2 Larry Sellnow - It was a mostly peaceful protest. Right? It damn sure wasn't an armed insurrection. Most of what you just cited wasn't even proven. Where's the gun charges on anyone? Where's the insurrection charges on anyone that supposedly took part in an armed insurrection? You drink too much leftist Kool Aid. Was there a riot? Yep. Just like the ones in Portland where government buildings were attacked. Were there government agitators in there causing issues? I would say yes since Garland and Wray could only answer with "I don't know" and "I will not comment on an ongoing investigation." when asked if there were government agitators in that riot. If there weren't I'm sure they would have been quick to say "No". but we have to avoid perjuring ourselves when the truth comes out now don't we.

Funny they are keeping people in jail without a speedy trial or bond, being treated worse than the terrorists we have jailed in GITMO. I wonder why they would do that if they have such solid evidence against them? Maybe the evidence is pretty shaky at best and they are afraid of what else might come out in those trials.

Lots of questions on how things went down and the that joke of an investigation that had only people that were against Trump on it was so laughable it should have been televised on the comedy channel. It might have been taken more seriously if it had a panel of representatives from both sides of the aisle but Piglosi wouldn't allow hundreds of years of tradition to be honored and hand picked which GOP (RINO) representatives they would have on the panel. So none of the hard questions were ever asked through the panel. Everything in this administration is done through a kangaroo style court. This whole administration has been an illegitimate farce from the get go.

I believe it is a question of your interpretation of what IS, is. What is so radical to believe in God and Country? Or to know that COVID was MAN MADE and had its roots in USA, specifically Fauci. Or that there was absolutely no need for VACCINES for Covid-19! Yes follow the science, but check it for accuracy. Easiest pathway to infection was a Vitamin D3 issue, and strangely enough one specific racial group to have such a deficiency at the appropriate timing for the introduction into open society was which group? I will leave that to you, if you have an inquiring mind. Hell, I could be considered radicalized because I eat RED MEAT (only beef of course). I am not a vegan or bug eater by choice or habit and no one has the power to challenge that! Again, it all depends on what your Definition of Radicalized is.

B.) Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland

SOURCE : https://www.dhs.gov/ntas/advisory/national-terrorism-advisory-system-bulletin-february-07-2022

Key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment include:

1. The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions:
* For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.
* Malign foreign powers have and continue to amplify these false or misleading narratives in efforts to damage the United States.

2. Continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents:
* Foreign terrorist organizations and domestic threat actors continue to amplify pre-existing false or misleading narratives online to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions. Some of these actors do so to encourage unrest, which could lead to acts of violence against the facilities, individuals, institutions, and organizations cited above.
* Violent extremists inspired by a range of grievances and ideologies continue to target crowded venues traditionally perceived to be soft targets, such as commercial and publicly accessible facilities, public gatherings, certain government and state facilities, and houses of worship.
* The recent attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas highlights the continuing threat of violence based upon racial or religious motivations, as well as threats against faith-based organizations.
* Threats directed at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other colleges and universities, Jewish facilities, and churches cause concern and may inspire extremist threat actors to mobilize to violence.
* As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning. Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.
* Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology.
* Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud. The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterm elections could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.
* A small number of threat actors are attempting to use the evacuation and resettlement of Afghan nationals following the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan last year as a means to exacerbate long-standing grievances and justify attacks against immigrants.

3. Calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events:
* Foreign terrorist organizations will likely continue to maintain a highly visible online presence to attempt to inspire U.S.-based individuals to engage in violent activity.
* Supporters of foreign terrorist organizations have encouraged copycat attacks following the January 15, 2022 attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas.
* Foreign terrorists remain intent on targeting the United States and U.S. persons, and may seek to capitalize on the evolving security environment overseas to plot attacks. The Islamic State of Iraq and ash-Sham (ISIS) or its affiliates may issue public calls for retaliation due to the strike that recently killed ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi.

1.) Feuerkrieg Division (FKD)

Feuerkrieg Division (FKD)
Key Points

* A small international neo-Nazi group that advocates for a race war and holds some of the white supremacist movement’s most extreme views.

* Feuerkrieg Division, or FKD, calls for violence against their perceived enemies and destruction of “the system,” or society at large, which they believe is controlled by the Jews.

* Established in late 2018, FKD is an international organization with about 30 members.

* FKD has European roots but has recently expanded its outreach to American audiences.

* While the bulk of their activity is online, members have engaged in leafleting efforts, distributing violent, racist and anti-Semitic propaganda.

* FKD promotes Siege culture mentality and the concept of accelerationism.

FKD advocates for “sacrifice” and embraces violence as a solution to “fix” the current political and cultural system, sidestepping concerns about optics and advocating for radical, systemic change.   The group criticizes and demeans other white supremacist movements, like the alt-right, for being too focused on public perception and unsuccessful in the movement’s ability to create real societal change with their tactics.

Feuerkrieg Division is heavily influenced by Atomwaffen Division, a neo-Nazi group allegedly tied to five murders across the U.S.  FKD advocates similar core beliefs, racist and vitriolic propaganda with shared graphics and general subculture.

In addition to Atomwaffen, FKD supports some of the most extreme white supremacist organizations, often referring to members of entities like The Base and Sonnenkrieg Division as comrades.

FKD embraces “Siegeculture,” a philosophy, political orientation, spiritual outlook and solution to societal problems that is dominated by hate and an embrace of violence anchored in fascist ideology.

The ideology weaves the teachings and actions of James Mason, Adolf Hitler and Charles Manson, among others, into a tapestry of extreme hate.
——

Cells

FKD was established in October 2018 in the Baltics, most likely Estonia. Over time, the group has expanded its footprint to include Belgium, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Latvia, Western Germany and Russia.  In 2019, FKD continued to expand their recruitment efforts in Europe and in North America, including Canada and especially the U.S.

AWD is organized as a series of terror cells that work toward civilizational collapse. Its members, who can be fairly described as accelerationists, believe that violence, depravity and degeneracy are the only sure way to establish order in their dystopian and apocalyptic vision of the world. AWD’s chief influences are James Mason Charles Manson, Joseph Tommasi and William Pierce.

2.) USA v. Belanger, Matthew
Honolulu, HI

Anti-Semitism

Matthew Belanger is accused of leading a neo-Nazi group that was alleged to have been planning an attack on a New York synagogue. Belanger, while serving as a Marine in Honolulu, paid a police officer on Long Island, New York, to buy him guns that he wouldn't be allowed to buy legally. The FBI began investigating Belanger because it suspected he was planning to harm people and destroy property in hate-motivated attacks, according to court documents filed this month.

"The investigation was grounded in evidence that defendant was using social media to conspire with others, including members of a group called Rapekrieg, to commit ... hate crimes," the documents said. The group, based on Long Island, "had procured weapons, uniforms, and tactical gear, and discussed committing attacks on a synagogue, Jewish persons, women, and minorities, including the rape of 'enemies' to injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate, and the rape of white women to increase the production of white children in furtherance of Rapekrieg's goal of creating a white ethno-state through accelerationist means."

Other members of the group identified Belanger as a leader and administrator of the group who had written Rapekrieg's manifesto.

4.) Marine Vet Who Was Allegedly Part of Neo-Nazi Group That Called for Mass Murder Arrested on Gun Charges

That effort came while the veteran was still serving, with court records also alleging that the Marine was a leading member of a neo-Nazi group known as "Rapekrieg" whose idealogy focused on the conviction that rape would be "an extremely effective tool against our many foes."

Matthew Belanger was arrested June 10 in New York on three charges stemming from purchases of a PTR-91 .308 assault rifle in June 2019 and a Luger pistol in May 2020.

The case comes as lawmakers -- largely Republicans -- have pushed back on measures aimed at boosting the Pentagon's efforts to investigate extremism in the ranks.

Many of those measures came after the Jan. 6 insurrection and the revelation that many veterans and some active-duty service members were participants in the moAccording to prosecutors, one of Rapekrieg's members, referred to as a witness in court documents, said that the group "conducted training together approximately once per year since 2017 with real firearms."

"Rapekrieg members have purchased uniforms, including black body armor with level-3 plates, military helmets, green utility uniforms, and a skull facemask," the witness told investigators. Level 3 body armor is built to stop rounds fired by most rifles that law enforcement and military personnel carry.

The group, including Belanger, discussed "shooting up" a synagogue in the Long Island area of New York -- going so far as to surveil the building -- "but eventually decided that burning it down at night using Molotov cocktails was a better plan," the witness told investigators. This all happened before Belanger joined the Marines, the documents say.

According to the Marine Corps, Belanger joined the service in August 2018 and was designated as a "Motor Vehicle Operator."

According to the Corps, there is now "a multi-layered, policy-based approach to screening new and potential Marines for disqualifying personal traits" that includes several interviews, tattoo screenings and background checks. Belanger is also not the only example of an alleged active extremist going on to join the military.

In November 2021, federal officials announced that a 19-year old man was able to enlist and ship off to Air Force basic training after allegedly participating in the Jan. 6 riot.

Although designed to prevent future enlistments, these measures are far from perfect. Many of the processes now in place rely on either honest self-reporting or reporting ting by others.

Joining the Marines did little to stop or slow Belanger's involvement with Rapekrieg.
