For those that have deployed to Afghanistan or were ABCA comes into play, in terms of medievac, do you believe the MIST report used should be a enduring task to be introduced into doctrine and regs and trained at unit level?

Please elaborate. I am sure many folks outside the medical community have never heard of a MIST report.

I've seen it only used in an exercise but I think it would be a great to put it into doctrine.
