Preferences in keyboard interfaces (keyboard, mouse, screen, etc) are extremely personal. For me, the keyboard especially. It's a matter of touch/feel. The resistance and bounce of the keys. The size and spacing (I have sausage fingers) I do a little gaming (Minecraft mostly) and like a mouse with detents in the wheel so I can "feel" the selection of inventory items/weapons/etc (gamers will understand). I use a Samsung monitor/TV which has very good resolution and refresh speed. However, no computer monitor can match my new Droid smart phone. 21 megapixel camera sold me.

I prefer the basic flat keyboard SGT (Join to see). I have tried ergonomic keyboards but the medicines I take sometimes make it difficult in terms of being able to focus. I am still primarily a hunt and peck typist :-)

The one on this Gateway Computer that has outlasted every keyboard and computer I have ever had. Gateway made some quality product.

I wonder if I could find an old Mod-20 TTY Keyboard and make it work with a Modern Computer that might be fun.

For a long time, I thought Gateway made inferior products. How did they go out of business, then ?

SGT (Join to see) - From Personal experience they worked themselves out of a job. Nothing ever fails, nothing needs replacing, you could get one made to order with quality equipment. Sometimes Perfection is a bad business model.

Well, that's odd. Do you know of any reason Gateway didn't pursue other hardware fields - Server, router, etc ?
