I don't have a favorite but I do know of one that has interesting history. They actually had to change it in 1939 Thanks to the Nazi's. http://45thdivisionmuseum.com/Swastika

The swastika has been an almost universal symbol used by Native Americans (among others). Seeing the Thunderbird below the swastika tells me that they took the unit imagery from Native American. Just a pity that the Nazi's caused the swastika to be defined as an "evil" symbol when that is completely opposite of what the swastika means.

Yes indeed SSgt Michael D. This unit originated in Oklahoma. To bad that the swastika is now viewed as evil. But it is not viewed the same with the Native American's.

I like your Yokota patch - my last two years of high school were at Yamato High - Tachikawa AFB. The first year we lived off base and every morning when I opened the front door there was Fuji-San.

These are not a patch, logo, emblem, etc. These are the real things, USS Massachusetts, BB-59, South Dakota class Battleship, turret #3 triple 16"/45 Mk. 6 main battery guns. Nothing in the US Military Forces says "I'm a bad ass" like a BATTLESHIP, except the B-52.

I designed this one while deployed. We use a trim pad to run up F-15Es at all power settings and spent many days and nights out there.
