Do you have a problem with a mother breastfeeding in uniform?

Say you have a Service Member that wants to breast feed her child - do you have a problem with that? Is it right for the new mother to do this in the workplace? To breastfeed in uniform? To be allowed more frequent (and longer) breaks than the other non new mothers? How would you support a member of your unit that wanted to do this also?

My wife use to pump for the kids and I would steal it for my post workout shake, um wait...too much information?
I don't have any issues with it if they throw a blanket over. There is no place for an infant in the military workplace but if there's an issue, no babysitter, emergency, etc. I have no issues as long as it doesn't become a regular thing.

Agree with the CSM on this. As long as its not a regular thing, and they complete the tasks they are assigned, I see no issues.

No problem at all. Do your thing then on to the business at hand. Honestly, none of my business.

Most mothers in uniform don't have their children in the workplace (it's part of the Family Care Plan they sign, if they need one). However, whether they haven't hair child in the unit area or they are pumping breastmilk they are entitled to a quiet room where they may do so. As far as the question of can they take longer breaks to do so... Well, how would you feel if your breasts became engorged and started leaking everywhere because you were not allowed to take a break to pump?
