Do you have a standing or height-adjustable desk?

Not at the moment, but I am pushing hard for one. I work a "desk job" and typically most people work 12 hour shifts. Several officers have been provided stand-up desks, however. Definitely the way to go in my opinion; especially since a new study has shown prolonged sitting is as bad or worse than smoking.

We use a Standing/height adjustable desk at work. This is really good especially for the keyboard on the computer. We can not sit where this desk is, so being able to adjust the height and angle of the keyboard limits the stress on the wrists

SGT (Join to see) - Pros: Less strain on the wrists, arms and back. More efficient and presents a better appearance.
Cons: You can not sit down the way we have it installed. So no break for the feet, but it is very much more efficient.
