Sgt Tom Cunnally 2nd to 4th Country hypothesis.
Since it is somewhere the USMC can wear US uniforms I think it could be Cuba.
Other possibilities include places the USMA fought such as the Philippines or Guam.

Sir, they may have just finished policing up cigarette butts from the grass Sir and spontaneously posed for a pic since the opportunity to stand on the grass arose Sir, lol
