Do you know what this card is and have you used it?

Those were still being issued to soldiers as recently as 2012 when I left the Army, and I had one my entire military career up until I started getting BAH and moved out of the barracks.

Yeah, and I got a counseling statement cause I lost mine as a mosquito winged private.

I take it they don't use these anymore? I've had several of them and used to check them when performing duties as headcount.

Aside from the fact that it plainly says 'MEAL CARD', its a meal card.

Only time I've had a meal card was at WLC. Don't know the reason why they used them.

Last time I used a meal card was active duty 1988-1991. These days the meal card is incorporated into the CAC.

Only had one for the first year at Ft. Carson after I left 19E OSUT at Ft. Knox ..got married after that and never used one again.....
