This is great. I know since I've been in the army I think checking the small things would be what I need to improve on the most. I tend to give my NCOs the benefit of the doubt on things I think they should know, skip that step and get bit in the butt. Lol.

Thanks for the Post Capt and yes, I knew that many of these traits do make good leaders.
