Do you prefer Division balls, Brigade balls, or battaliom-level balls?

I’d prefer not going at all, but as a NCO, there are those unwritten norms you’re expected to uphold. Hence I’ll be at whatever one I’m expected to attend and not ‘volunteer’ to go to anything where a senior officer, alcohol, and a spouse are. Heard way too many horror stories of when those three collide

IMO the lower the level the more fun they are.
