Do you relax and make time for yourself; now that you are discharged?

It is hard for me; because I work so hard at every thing I do.
I also have a 100% s/c stress disorder. So when I start to get frustrated, I have to let Rally Point go. Then I go do something else.
I am very loyal to Rally Point. So I stay on this site for hours at a time.
Decidedly, I am very loyal to and thankful for all of those on Rally Point.

If you slow down you get run over.
