I see political comments from those with CPT O-3 and Capt O6 in their title setting a poor example for junior service members. One can find inaccuracies from any administration and one is free to believe what one wants, but to berate the character of POTUS or accuse of criminality should not be done with such cavalier and absent of facts and evidence.

The question is "could have ordered". Do I think he "could have", yes. Do I think he did, no. There are people working for political parties (both sides) who do things illegal in the hopes to promote their candidates position without involving them so that deniability can be maintained.
