Do you think that the Democrats staging a sit in, because their anti-gun bill didn't pass, is a sore loser act or justified?

No, it's a sore loser act. They are not upholding the Constitution so they need to all be removed from their position while forfeiting any pay and retirement. They are not acting on the behalf of their constituents. They are acting like children and need to be removed effective immediately.

The senator's term is 6 years. Congressmen is a 2 year term.
As long as we keep electing them we really have no one to blame but the voter.

When will everyone realize that a Government by the People, For the People has not existed for over 60 years now; congressmen and women and senators do not and have not given a crap about the American People that have voted them into office.
The majority in America does not rule the minority that screams and cries the loudest does.
AS Capt Porter says - as long as the American Public continues to elect the same people the voters are the ones to blame - however, when you have only two evils to choose from which one do you choose - hopefully the lessor of the two; but either way your still getting screwed.
Maybe it is time for ALL Senators and Congressmen and women to vacate their position of power!
