Does a command direct MOS reclass count towards active duty time for VA Loans?

Theres potential that I'll be getting a reclass in June if theres a seat available. I'll be gone for only about 9 weeks but I was curious if that time counts toward active duty time.

Hello SPC,
Negative training time does not count towards VA loans requirements. As Guard soldier you need to be able to complete minimum 6 years of service or at least be on title 10 orders overseas for 90+ days consecutive in order to submit for your Certificate of Eligibility.

The answer is no however 6 Years or 90+ days of consecutive active duty will count.
