The issue isn't whether it's jumpable so much as whether your unit authorizes it to be jumped in your ASOP. As far as I know, no unit authorizes it

Does anybody know if London Bridge Trading's S.C.O.T.T. Trauma Pack is jumpable via static line operations?

For an SL jump it all depends on if you can rig it to jump. My unit though wouldn't allow it even if you could right it. You could only jump with what was in SOP. No exceptions!! You could always try to get it approved though.

I have 750 FF and about eight SL, from the jumping side if it can sustain deployment from 'terminal velocity', then it can from a static line. Looks to me like it carries a lot and having been medical for years, we almost always bring more than we will ever need. I could carry about all I need in a butt pack, using a lot of what is already on the battlefield to provide care. It is an experience thing and when I was a new medic, all those pretty dressings gave me confidence I had the tools I needed.
