To get your DTS account released, you must have no outstanding DTS authorization or voucher to do this!
If the issue is that you already left, but you still need to get your DTS released:
1. Go to DTS, DO NOT LOG IN:
https://dtsproweb.defensetravel.osd.mil/dts-app/pubsite/all/view#
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on Live Chat
3. Click on DTS Login and Profile Issues.
4. Select DTS Detach Profile Request in "Chat Issues", complete the rest of the form, click Submit
5. You will get a chat screen with an approximate wait time. When someone opens the chat, explain you need your Profile detached, provide the complete name. If they ask for an SSN, click on the padlock to send that secure.
6. when they are done, your profile is released, inform your BDE DTA that it is now available to pick up in your current BDE hierarchy.
OR
1. Go to DTS, DO NOT LOG IN:

2 Scroll down to the bottom of the page click on DTS Training on TraX
3. Click on Help Tickets
4. Click on Create new Ticket Form
5. under Subjects, select DTS Administration (DTA) > Personnel Profiles (People) > Detach Person
6. Complete the rest of the form and submit. Your profile will be released in 24 hours, then inform your BDE DTA that it is now available to pick up in your current BDE hierarchy
