Get with your S-3 Schools NCO. I'm sure he's familiar with this memo. I'm retired and I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction.

Does anyone have an example of a memo for SLC? I will need to send a 4187 to HRC with an endorsement by the first General officer.

News to me. I was kicked out for getting injured during the APFT in SLC. My situation was that I had to wait 6 months before I was enrolled again. I was then automatically enrolled and no letter from anyone was needed. And of course I went back and passed with flying colors. This was only last year too.

Yours was not a dismissal for failure to meet course standards (APFT), but instead for a line of duty injury which prevented you from completing the requirements necessary for graduation.

If you had simply failed the APFT then you would have been dismissed and would have required this waiver. You most definitely were not kicked out, implying a negative action occurred.
