It is a broken system, and if you fall behind in the class, make sure you email, call or message your cadre or you will be dis-enrolled without warning. You have a certain time limit once a project or assignment is started and if you fail to follow up or complete it, you will one day be unable to log on. They do not care that the system does not work, they only care that you failed to meet an arbitrary time limit. If you get locked out, your unit will get a nastygram or phone call from your higher HQ wanting to know why you did not finish your assignment and were dis-enrolled. This can lead to a flurry of counseling statements and extra duty. You will have to explain yourself, but the CSM or CO will only respond with 'other soldiers completed the training, hundreds do it every day, but you didn't'. You may then be placed at the bottom of the list and have to wait years before you are allowed to apply again, slowing down everything in your career. All because the Army has a system they are married too and cannot fix. Good Luck.

I'm also confused because their IT guy told me in an email to call him, but I can't seem to get him to answer the phone.

Keep at it, and if there is a cadre listed for the actual course (it should be on your initial information letter) contact them by email and phone. Follow up all phone calls with an email. I tried to contact the IT person and got no response either, and because I did not communicate with the course point of contact, I got disenrolled. Now my higher command, who has never met me and knows nothing about me, thinks I am a slacker because I could not finish the first assignment. Keep calling and emailing and go through the course admin as well as the site IT, they are two completely different departments. I am convinced that the course is only a test in futility to see who can make it to the end, and that you learn little if anything from its content.

Well I just got a nastygram email that I have to sign a counseling for failing to complete the second exam that I cannot get to load. The IT guy responds, but we have been having trouble finding each other on the phone. I'm going to call again tomorrow.

Document your issues and make sure your command knows that the problems with this are well known and have been there for years. I wish you luck, the same thing happened to me and now my unit won't put me in again.

Just like it was years ago when I did it. The homepage should read "Abandon all hope ye who enter here". PM me if you want a real tip

I had to go through Google Chrome and turn off the pop up blocker. That was the ONLY way I could get it to work
