Does anyone have guidance on programs for farming equipment? or farming in general?

County Farm Service Agency's have beginning Farmer programs.

I believe the USAD has a few programs. I have seen a few there and some state programs depending what state your in. Check it out, and good luck on your quest.

_What is your current level of experience at farming?
_Are you willing to spend your non-farming time studying farming?
_What crop or livestock will be your source of revenue?
_What "waste" can you turn into a source of revenue or use to reduce costs?
_What side lines will you and/or your wife be able to do while you are on the steep side of the learning curve?
_What is your niche market? (If you go head to head with corporate farms you will be crushed in short order)
_What is the bare minimum you need to net in a year to meet all your obligations and maintain an acceptable standard of living?
