Why? What struggles did you have to overcome to be able to complete the movements successfully? I want to do more cleans, but I still can't mount a bar for front squat position unless I cross my arms.

For most of the year I've been ranked #33 in the country for 40-44, 205+ division for Team USA weightlifting.
I plan to compete again in May 2016 and win the Mississippi State Championship. I placed 2nd last year, lost by 6 kg.

I'm not sure it's worth it for me, at least the snatch - looks bad for my shoulders and back.

Thanks. I have no idea how I made that mistake immediately after looking at the link I attached. I'll add the sots press to my next workout plan. I have mobility in neither of those. Any other exercises you'd care to share that are less commonly known?

The Z press is another great overhead strength builder, named after Zadrunas Savickas, World's Strongest Man.

Other great accessory movements for strength include: high pulls, box squats, and Good Mornings. Mobility: box jumps, Sots Presses, and lunges.

I did sots presses for the first time today - 55 pounds. It felt good, though. My shoulder mobility is horrible. I'm pretty comfortable with the others. I'll consider trying to get a video of my sots presses for critique. Thanks again.
