Does anyone know how to get a copy of a 1059?

I would guess either look on your OMPF or call the school house. For the future build yourself a I LOVE ME BOOK. And put everything in it so you don't lose anything. That paperwork is important. Good luck

Call the school house where you did WLC. Have your SSN and Class Number (if you have it) and graduation date. They should hook you up. That is how I had to get mine once upon a time ago.

SGT (Join to see) the school was supposed to upload a copy to your AMHRR (formerly known as OMPF). Go on iPERMS to see if it is there. If not then follow thru with the advice given by MSG (Join to see).
