Real. Discovered after he was commissioned. I believe the name was Spenser Rapone. i even think he has a RP profile. he was separated from the Army at his first duty station by the GCMCA.

It was real. He was given the boot after an investigation. This was not the only pic he put on social media declaring his allegiance to communism

His actions were so blatant, that one might suspect that he did it to get out of his military commitment without having to pay back for his WP education. It wouldn’t be the first time a SM pulled a stunt to get out of a military commitment.
