Does Squad Leader Time for an E-5 for an extended period count towards SL K/D? If not then why?

Just wanting clarification if this is a factor or not and if not then why?

I am referring to today’s modern army. What was the case back in the early 90s or 80s clearly does not apply to this situation. Any comments that are just gonna mock me for asking an honest question are not welcome.

Just wanting clarification if this is a factor or not and if not then why? Many times I’ve noticed SGT’s being placed in SL positions for long and extended periods of time but keep herring that it won’t count towards KD. If this the case then why is that a factor? Imho I would feel a e-5 having to step up in a higher position for long periods seems more impressive than a standard e-6. More elaboration on this factor would be much appreciative. I don’t have all the answers to this and just trying to understand it. It could be wrong what I’m hearing, it could be right. Just asking for guidance on this to point me in the right direction.

You don’t have anything to contribute to the question or conversation, then I really don’t need your 2 sense. If you are going to bash for an individual asking an honest question, then your the problem. Thank you
