No, the military doesn't use 10-codes. After becoming an emergency responder after the military, I feel that it's for the better as well.

Will Boyd I was a Marine Radio Operator. 10-4 was police code. The military would say Roger" for understood, and then "Out" for end of transmission.

no, its a civilian thing, the proper answer is ROGER - I have received your last transmission satisfactorily.
