Many soldiers see SSD as a check the block sort of training. Do you see it as an effective way of teaching soldiers the necessary skills they need to perform at the highest level? What changes can be made in order to foster an era of Professional Development?

Seems unfair since all you really have to do is go to Wiki Answers and get the answers. The website seems like it is non-user friendly as well.
