It’s my understanding that a pulhes code listed with only one 2 is still deployable however will soldiers who fall under permanent profiles but remain deployable still be looked at for separation?

If a Soldier is fully deplorable in their current MOS they will not be separated medically. That is not to say that they couldn’t be separated for some other reason. Thank you for your service.
