Hello! So I was wondering if the Surgeon General has the ability to look at my Sf86 as I am currently in the process for an ADHD waiver but on my SF86 I did write I went to college for a couple of months but had to leave due to financial issues and was wondering if they would see that. Thank you!

You may want to rework your question if you're hoping for an answer. I'm not sure why the Surgeon General would look at your Security Clearance Questionnaire. I'm also unclear as to how dropping out of college for financial issues is relevant to an ADHD waiver.
If I'm piecing this all together correctly (it's a big if) you are concerned that when your waiver is reviewed they will see that you dropped out of college and attribute that to your ADHD; you are concerned that this will lead to a waiver rejection and would like to know if they will look at the SF86 as part of the waiver review.

Hopefully someone with more MEPS/Medical expertise than myself will be able to offer you a better answer than I can. It seems unlikely to me that your SF86 would be a part of your medical packet.

I don't see how the fact you went to college for a few months is relevant to an ADHD waiver. Make sure you tell the absolute truth to the best of you ability on every form you fill out for the Service. Provide exact, factual information for everything that's requested; don't disclose information that isn't requested. If you don't understand a question or what the Service is looking for, then ask the Recruiter or the person who provided the form for you to complete.

An SF86 has nothing to do with your medical waiver. SF 86 is handled by the Office of Personnel Management, if they have a question about your mental health affecting a clearance - they may contact the physician for more information. The waiver authority for medical waivers will not be looking at a sensitive security questionnaire, they will only look at the medical stuff - the minimum necessary. If you have the chance to write a memo supplementing your waiver I would do that and explain the situation at college - that's your best bet.
