Whether its meditation, physical activity or medication, managing fast changes in mood can be tricky. Do you have tips? Share how you manage.

For a long time it did -- and my trigger was a feeling of loss of control of my situation. It was a long trek but I got better. It still flares up once in a while but I am much more self-aware now and I have the support of my wife and kids. I have also learned coping mechanisms that help a lot. The biggest help, though, has been the faith God gave me and prayer. I give the whole thing to Jesus. He can handle it much better than me.

Does your mood often change quickly without warning? Do you know what triggers the change?
