Where can I check to verify this? There are so many places to take army course online it seems like now. Thanks!

It should show up on ALMS, ACT, and/or the My Training Tab in AKO. Enrollment is not always automatic though. I fell through the cracks this summer and had to personally request enrollment from USASMA due to my not having a RNCO for about 3 months.

I was not automatically enrolled after WLC. After I transferred to my current State it took almost a year with one hold up after another before our unit training NCO was able to get me enrolled. Bottom line is it's your career and you have to follow up to make sure it gets done.

Your unit would be the one to enroll you in ssd2. Eitheryour xo or ttraining nco can do it. Right now blackboard where you have to go to do ssd2 is currently having problems, I am currently waiting myself to do ssd2.

Does your unit have to enroll you into SSD 2 or can you enroll yourself? I am in NG, if that matters.

Your unit has to enroll you into SSD 2 and it depends on how many seats there are for the NG. I had this same issue and so do my Soldiers, due to little to no funding in the NG.

Your training NCO or ATRRS operator should be able to assist you. If not they will need to contact your BN to assist.

You can check to see if you are enrolled by going to your AKO, click on the My Training link, and look at the top right corner it should have a list of courses you are enrolled in. There is an order of merit for SSD now. So you will be enrolled by whenever you were pinned SGT and graduated WLC.

Basically, you should be automatically enrolled once making SGT. BUT, if that doesn't happen, get with your Chain of Command and see what the process is. I know I had to go to my BN Operations office to request enrollment for 2 of my SGTs.
