DTS at home

I have been dealing with this. I can't use Chrome or IE. I downloaded firefox and it worked great. I am a drilling Guardsman and have been fighting with this until i used firefox.

I haven't run into that issue but I have been using militarycac.com for all my troubleshooting and advice.  I emailed them with a question and they came back with the right solution in hours.  It's all free and unclassified stuff.  Great troubleshooting and resources there in my opinion.

Our Resource Management Office shot us an email stating that across the board folks were have issues with IE and DTS and we should use Mozilla Fox as our browser when connecting to DTS.  Mozilla seems to be faster in getting to DTS...at times.  DTS is a fickle animal and sometimes it all depends on which way the wind blows that determines your connection ability...

Looks like Firefox is the answer!  Thanks for the timely responses.  I hadn't tried it as I used to have a lot of problems with it when using a CAC. 

SFC Callan, I have had this issue before and was told by our DTS NCO that he had to "pull" me in before it worked. Something along the lines that I was not properly setup in the system. Not sure if that is your issue but just a thought.
