Only drug that I got hooked on was Ciggys and been clean for 17 years now. I would say that I can appreciate that the electronic ones are probably a bit healthier since you don't have the Tar and Byproducts you get from burning material, you are still abusing a drug, Nicotine. If you are going too I prefer you use the Electronic ones but better yet quit!

This is not backed by science. The carcinogens in tobacco/cigarettes are the combustibles, not the nicotine. Until there's studies in vivo that show otherwise, I would rather see people smoking ecigs vs cigarettes.

There was a recent study that confirmed a suspicion I had about e-cigarettes: that e-cigs are no more healthy than smoking actual cigarettes.  My circle of friends was up in arms trying to defend it, how it helped them quit, etc.  Just goes to show that you shouldn't take medical advice from a salesman trying to sell you a product.

F.Y.I the active ingredients in what I am talking about ( vaping ) not the tradional e cig you get that looks like a cigarette is the ingredients are as follows Vegtable glycerin / propolene glycol both of which are food grade . yes you can get some e- juice with various amounts of nicotine , but you can also get some E - juice with NO nicotine.

SGT Bradley - The Nature study that I'm guessing you're referencing was done in vitro. There is no in vivo study that I'm aware of to support those claims.
