Excelsior College vs AMU for Information Technology with Cyber Security BS. Which one would you chose and why?

I'm biase to Excelsior... However, the school work is challenging and what I have learned, I have been able to apply it as an NCO or Manager.
Books you have purchase them.

I graduated from AMU. All books were provided. Either by hard copy or on digits. Great school.

I graduated from Excelsior and spent a ton on books. Thats why I am considering AMU although their site specifically states their books grant does not cover IT books.

Im not sure chief. I received my BA in Criminal Justice and the only money I spent out of pocket in 5 years was for my diploma.

From AMU website, it's approximately $299 total out of pocket cost for the books in this program (BS Info Security Systems w/ Cyber Concentration). All other books are covered by the undergrad book grant.
