You are not an 11B yet, you are just slotted for it. Not trying to sound harsh but some will get very upset if you say that to them. On to your question about flight medic, good luck! Most National Guard MEDEVAC units require you to interview for the position and only after you have been a 68w for a year. Remember they are going to invest into about a year + worth of schooling on you and they want to protect their investment.

Since you are currently (as you stated in a previous post/question) 1 year away from shipping out to Basic Training, you can always talk with your Recruiter to see if you can switch. You would also need to find out if your current unit has open slots for Medic. You will also need to find out if you qualify for Medic. This is all if you want to try and switch prior to Basic Training.
Now, if you are wanting to know AFTER you get MOS qualified for 11B, then you would need to talk with your Command and Retention to see what your options are. You will not be able to go straight into Flight Medic slots. There are requirement you HAVE to meet before being accepted into the Flight Medic program. The first is that you have to have served as a medic for at least a year.
