How will I be impacted when I PCS for a compassionate reassignment while flagged for being under investigation?

I'm flagged for being under investigation and possible adverse action. This all happened while I had compassionate reassignment orders. HRC denied my units request for deferrment and said won't delete my orders or change my report date, which is in 9 days. I won't be considered failure to gain and nothing will blowback on me once my report date passes? I assumed the deferrment would go through since I'm flagged and all, so kinda unexpected.

It's more of a hit on your command than you, but you're still at fault because you failed to continue out processing while waiting for the deferment. They are CR orders, if you have your orders in hand you can probably make the report date. I've seen people go from getting orders to flying out of country in 14 days with compassionate reassignments

SFC (Join to see) I'm aware and know my unit is in the wrong. I got them to put their instructions in writing to cover my ass after talking to JAG so I think I'm good for now SFC.

SSG (Join to see) just ignore your unit and comply with your PCS instructions. I'm willing to bet that your "Unit" is your company leadership, who will not have to answer to HRC when you fail to report. It's your BDE CDR and BDE CSM who will get the first punch in the face when you miss movement.
JAG is worthless because this isn't a legal matter, and anything they say is completely irrelevant, including getting written statements. This is an administrative issue, JAG likes to give advice on issues they don't comprehend. Unless you're dealing with a court martial, nothing JAG says to you in your career is relevant. If anything does happen, that's statement will not change anything for anyone.
If your unit becomes a road block, you need to contact your post IG. They are the people who can actually explain policy and regulation, and they work for the CG so they can recommend the CG order your command team to stop being an obstacle. All JAG is going to do is write memos that people are going to put in the shredder
