Flashing headlights or using smart phone apps to warn other drivers of police speed traps. What are your thoughts?

A man in Florida was Recently charged with "obstruction" for flashing his headlights at oncoming drivers to warn of a police speed trap. The court threw out the case. What are your thoughts?

The Citizenry should never be considered a source of Revenue for the Enforcement Agencies.
There is just something inherently wrong with the concept.
That turns them into predators, and us into prey.

The court was correct to dismiss the charge. You have a first amendment right to communicate with other people; period. And let's be honest, speed traps are not about public safety; they are about generating revenue for a municipality.
