I am applying to flight school and I have submitted my packet for this past board. I received an email for corrections and completed those. After submitting the corrections a few days later I received an email stating, "The Warrant Officer Recruiting Company thanks you for your warrant officer application correction(s) submission. The correction(s) have been implemented; your packet is with Proponent pending qualification." and I am wondering what exactly does that mean (is it good to go for this upcoming board or are they still waiting on things?)

It sounds like to me, you packet is going to the board. It says “pending qualification” because if you look at the prior board results, it’s like, qualified-select, qualified-nonselect (first time not selected), not qualified-nonselect (second time not selected).
Good luck!
Good luck!

All packets are reviewed by the Proponent, including mine. If you did not submit any waivers it wont be long until your packet sees a board. This is where they check and make sure you meet all the requirements prior to submitting to the board. You’ll be fine. Good luck and Hope to see you soon here in lower Alabama!

It is at Aviation Branch waiting review
"The branch proponent is the commandant or the chief of a branch of the Army with execution of training, leader development, education, and personnel responsibilities for their designated branch,
In my case my packet was reviewed by my Proponent, Ordnance Branch.

So USAREC reviewed it for completeness, then sent it to the proponent and once the proponent verifies it is complete they will submit it to the board and if not they will wait until it is complete (any waivers etc needed) until they pass it to the board. That makes sense. thanks for the feedback

I can't tell you exactly what it means since I am not in that office but having worked through similar programs and having submitted my packet years ago, I would would read that one way.
Your corrections were integrated into your submission, they are now sending it back to make sure everything is correct. If it is correct, your packet will be "qualified" to compete at the next available board. Hopefully it will be ready by the next board. If not, it will be sitting there waiting for the one after that. I wish you good luck.
