HOSPITAL SERVICE COORDINATOR/TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR - PRESCOTT VA HOSPITAL AZ
Reports to the Junior Vice Commander with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Department of Arizona HQ. You will oversee and manage the DAV, Veteran patient transportation program using VA provided vans and volunteer drivers. You'll be coordinating transports from Lake Havasu, Kingman, Flagstaff, Cottonwood and local Prescott to the main VA hospital for patient's scheduled medical appointments. You will also become a Veteran Service Officer (VSO) assisting Veterans in the filing of their service-connected disability claims to the VA. Paid training is provided. Vacation and sick leave are provided after short probationary period.
