This person will Conduct flight tests on developmental, functional, structural and system modification including major aircraft modifications. They will collect and analyze aircraft Quality Performance Indicators and make recommendations to Program Managers to improve aircraft reliability and maintainability.
Required Qualifications:
A current SECRECT Security Clearance (TS/SCI desired)
Five years of experience and 2000 hours as an Aircraft Commander /Pilot in Command - Military Instructor Pilot and Functional Check Flight (FCF) experience preferred
A proven record in problem solving, effective communication, decision-making, financial management, program and production management abilities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products
Proficiency in the use of various Electronic Flight Bag applications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Familiar with DoD information/support systems

Required Qualifications:
A current SECRECT Security Clearance (TS/SCI desired)
Five years of experience and 2000 hours as an Aircraft Commander /Pilot in Command - Military Instructor Pilot and Functional Check Flight (FCF) experience preferred
A proven record in problem solving, effective communication, decision-making, financial management, program and production management abilities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products
Proficiency in the use of various Electronic Flight Bag applications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Familiar with DoD information/support systems
Extensive military experience as an Aviation Manager and pilot operating within CONUS and OCONUS: ISR experience preferred
Current FAA Class II Flight Physical
Multi-engine ATP
Experience managing /scheduling flight crews and flying hour programs as well as general management of personnel
Recent experience in ground and flight safety, military safety preferred

Collaborates with Big Safari Financial Management and Contracting offices to optimize CLS contract structure to facilitate Air Force financial reporting requirements. Assists Sustainment Manager in leadership and management of the Logistics Integrated Product Team (Log IPT). Provides programmatic oversight and guidance on contract logistics support, and acquisition logistics activities for the overall program. Tracks contractor performance of maintenance activities to include aircraft depot maintenance, component repair, technical data sustainment, and software maintenance. As a liaison to HQ ACC/A4I EC-130H WST, reports to the Program Office to provide customer insights, and react quickly to new or emerging requirements. Provides a conduit to facilitate, and expedite information flow between Big Safari, ACC, and the operational users.
