We are seeking a responsible delivery driver to distribute FedEx packages promptly to our customers. Driver responsibilities include delivering packages to a variety of addresses in your assigned area following routes and time schedules, inspecting, operating and caring for delivery vehicles, and following DOT regulations and safety standards. We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, IT Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will assume ownership of assigned IT projects and tickets and follow them through to completion. This includes designing, implementing, managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, email, and cyber security products. Interaction with customers is both over the phone and on-site at the customer’s location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage customer networks that are secure, highly reliable, and optimized to meet customer’s expectations.
Manage customer migration projects by understanding where the data is located, backing up the data, building/installing the system, migrating the data, and confirming initial customer setup and access is correct.
Install, maintain and upgrade hardware, roll out new software, maintain the standards for server installations and applications, monitor the performance of the networks and check for security breaches.
Provide direct troubleshooting support over the phone or on-site to both customers and LCS employees with issues related to hardware, software, networking, email, or other cloud services.
Use available resources to diagnose and resolve issues on a timely basis and document customer interactions in the ticket-tracking software.
Assist the IT Services sales team by creating and communicating the required scope of work for assigned IT projects.
Continuously look for ways to evolve and improve the services offered to each individual customer.
Job Requirements:
Strong fundamentals of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, & ICMP (in a production environment)
Working knowledge of Windows products
Linux installation and command line experience
Knowledge of common internal application protocols, including SMTP, SNMP & HTTP/S
Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
Availability on nights/weekends to assist with customer emergencies or scheduled after-hours work
Ability to travel to local clients locations as needed.

Position Description:
Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in a hospital with the support of an on-site team. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical and leadership skills!

Responsibilities:
• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Oversee a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Full-time commitment requiring travel and flexibility to work with your current schedule.
• Assignment-based schedule with 40-60 hours commitment per week. Travel nationally to support customer needs.
• Appropriate PPE is provided to all employees prior to the start of assignments.
Job Requirements:
