We handle assignments of all types; from photo & scope notes only (no license needed), to full claims adjusting (state IA license required). We inspect for damages, document our observations, look for reasons to extend coverage, estimate for repairs, and provide reports to our clients.

- If you can look at something and "see" it's not supposed to be that way, you can do this work
- It's not hard, if you apply what you previously learned/trained, to the next assignment
- Attention to details, ability to learn new skills, initiative, timeliness, and composure under pressure are valuable traits
- How many files you accept and your range of operation, is up to you. You are in control of your time, scheduling & distance. Typical time is 2+ hours, depending on type, severity, complexity, distance.
INSPECTORS: $25/hr + miles (unless Licensed - see below)
- Residential/commercial Property - from Seattle north
- Cargo - Seattle, Tacoma & Bellingham ports/metro areas typically
- On Scene - All areas
APPRAISERS: $50/file + miles (unless Licensed - see below)
- Automobiles/pickup trucks - from Tukwila/Renton north to Mount Vernon
APPRAISERS: $25/hr + miles (unless Licensed - see below)
- Travel trailers/recreational vehicles/motor-homes/boats - from Tukwila/Renton north to Mount Vernon
- Semi trucks/trailers/containers/heavy equipment - from Tukwila/Renton north to Mount Vernon
LICENSED ADJUSTERS (in any state WA reciprocates): $35/hr + miles ($/hr increases with proven timeliness, reliability, accuracy and independence) - based anywhere in Western WA & Puget Sound areas; especially those listed under inspectors/appraisers

Our files are typically along the I-5/405 corridors, from Canadian border to Oregon border; including the Olympic peninsula; just about anywhere within ~75 miles of Seattle/Tacoma/Bellingham/Port Townsend/Aberdeen/Olympia.
- MUST be local or deployed in Washington already, with time for more field assignment files; this is NOT remote assignment…, this is NOT a Storm deployment.
We are a small firm, female and veteran co-owned. Will train and empower new inspectors and adjusters, who demonstrate claims ability using a customer & client service mindset; no experience required.

Qualifications:
Strong Mechanical Ability! Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Will be using hand and power tools, meters, safety analyzers, etc. for safety, performance testing, troubleshooting and repair of equipment. Able to lift 125 lbs. Continuous On The Job Training will be provided along with some factory schools. Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and written is mandatory. Must have clean drivers license and be able to qualify for security clearance for Federal & State Agencies.
