JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain detailed log of work hours to remain compliant with state and federal regulations
- Maintain communication with dispatchers
- Perform pre- and post-inspection reports
- Perform daily maintenance of vehicle – preventative, refueling, cleaning, etc.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
DRIVER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
- CDL A License/Certification from an accredited CDL School
- Able to pass drug tests
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating semi-truck
- 21+ years of age

Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, (DCW), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Family Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Be Able to Pass a Background Check
Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More
Valid driver's license
