Fun Time... What was your Call Sign/Nickname?

I never had a nickname other than being called Capt. Bly, but I did sink a tank recovery vehicle during a 2 week training exercise up in Ft. Drum. It took 2 tanks to pull us out. At least it was water tight.

For the longest time, I was the oldest member of my current unit....so, I had a few. Old Man. Rip Van Winkle. Old Fart. Just to name a few

Tagged as BillyD leaving BMTS. Followed me around for 20 years. In fact, just today, a coworker called me that.

Tweet 41. All the wing staff at Columbus AFB were "Tweet" call sign. It also was the nickname of the T-37B. Airlift crew members didn't t have individual call signs when I served.

As a 2nd Space Wing DOV Stan/Eval evaluator, I was given the nick of Iceman.

Lieutenant Webster, apparently because I'm a walking doctrine dictionary.

Early in my career it was "Token", later in my career "Batman"

MSgt Rob Weston Camacho Man, as in Macho man. With song and everything! "I want to be a Camacho Man!"

Had a few. "Tweeps" while riding a tin can as and ENL because I stood EW watches. "Marble One" while working in Antarctica because I'd do a lot of traverses out of town, but mostly to Marble Point. The one bestowed me that took awhile to get rid of was when I showed up at MWTC Bridgeport in the last rental car on the lot, a pink Cadillac . Took three years to lose "Pinks". The Marines adopted me, being a Seabee that was getting decent stuff built for them.
