At 0730 October 15, 2015, the results of the FY15 MAJ Army Promotion List, Army Reserve, Active Guard Reserve, Army Reserve Non-Active Guard reserve and Army National Guard competitive categories, Promotion Selection Boards will be released.

Unfortunately, from what I'm hearing many won't get selected that deserve it. It seems heavily weighted in favor of those with blue disks. I'm glad the Enlisted side is structured the way it is. Meanwhile, best of luck to those that have done the right thing and continue to put their Soldiers first!

CPT Walker, the blue disk refers to the blue disks worn underneath the branch and US logo on an enlisted Infantryman's dress uniform. It is a phrase sometimes used to describe all Infantry soldiers
