Distil union wally bifold giftbox
So today I made the move and purchased a new wallet. Like most people, I carried my last wallet until it started to fall apart. My old wallet was a bulky but very well made Fossile bi-fold wallet. The problem was just the over-sized bulkiness of the wallet. It was literally over 4 inches thick full of business cards and whatnot that I collect from different meetings, shopper cards from Dick's Sporting Goods and other places I shop from on a regular basis and over personal identification cards including my VA ID card.

Today, I got a Wally Bifold made by distilunion. This is one of the new "minimal" wallets. Big enough to hold 13 cards and an interior money clip, it is 3/4 as thick as my old wallet.

My question to the men of RallyPoint is has anyone else made the switch to this style of wallet? Are there down sizes to having a "minimal" wallet? Did you find yourself going back to a standard wallet? Right now, I'm really liking this new wallet. It's a lot nicer to not be sitting on a brick but I had to reduce what I carry now. Now, I just have my ID cards, my ATM card, and a few cards I need around work. Figured I would see if others had thoughts.

I carry the Spec-Ops with shark bite closure. Has ID slide on the outside, one on the inside, and a few slots for cards etc. Also has a zippered pocket that I keep my challenge coin in....also has enough room for cash and other stuff bigger then the card slots. I really like it. Have not considered anything else for many years...and, like many, will wear this out before I get a new one. Here is what I carry: http://www.specopsbrand.com/t-h-e-wallet-j-r.html Can be had from other sources, this was just a quick find on the internet. I got mine at the PX.
